Each year the Center for Behavioral Decision Research hosts a 10 week summer research intern program designed to give students first hand knowledge about experimentation and behavioral research. In the past this program has included undergraduate and graduate students from accross the globe.
The summer intern program is also a great opportunity for the members of the lab to get help running studies in the summer. Interns arrive at the beginning of June and stay until the end of July or mid-August. They collect data in the Data Truck in various locations around Pittsburgh, as well as in CMU lab spaces. If you have a study that you think would be good intern project, please first read through the program policies and then apply. Note that we need at least 2 weeks notice and that you will need to take some time to talk with interns both before and after the study is run. |
